By utilizing Hipp Temporary employees, customers are able to eliminate the cost and time required to advertise, interview and test employees. Customers are able to minimize training and maximize productivity. Finally, customers also find that they are able to stabilize the level of their permanent work force by utilizing Hipp Temporary employees in conjunction.
Hipp Temporary provides all payroll services for its employees, pays Social Security, withholds taxes and unemployment compensation, and covers workmen's comp. Hipp Temporary employees do not become part of its customer's workmen's compensation or unemployment experience ratings. All governmental reporting is Hipp Temporary's responsibility.
Hipp Temporary's rates are set by skill level on a straight-time basis, competitive with the local market. Hipp Temporary is NOT an employment agency; and, therefore, there are no fees for the customer to pay—either up front or upon the hire of a Hipp Temporary employee.
